Responsibilities:
Participation in the company's business development:
· The development and marketing support of sales of products of the company's brands. Short- and medium-term objectives in the field of marketing and product promotion.
·Marketing plans for the sales directions in the goal to achieve the sales plans for new products and product lines, stock positions. Marketing programs strategy and tactics proposals to the Sales Department. Organization and implementation of marketing campaigns for sales directions. Development, coordination with partners, conducting, reporting, efficiency analysis. Coordination with partners and reporting - in English: business correspondence and negotiations, technical and specialized documentation translation from English into Russian
· Obtaining additional marketing funds. Negotiations
· Organization and realization of advertising campaigns: banner and context online advertising, offline in specialized publications, outdoor banner advertising
· Marketing budgets planning and control. Preparation and control of financial reporting for the financial department and partners
· Work with market research companies: Context, GFK, IDC, IT-Research. Collection, processing, updating and analysis of large amounts of data. Negotiations
· Organization and realization of regional Russian (Moscow, St.Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Yekaterinburg, Sochi, Rostov-on-Don, Krasnoyarsk, Tyumen, Ufa, Kazan, Yaroslavl and others) and international (Europe - Switzerland, Italy, Finland, Hungary, Serbia, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, the Middle East - UAE, Israel, Asia - India), conferences, exhibitions, workshops (more than 50 events). Cooperation with travel agencies, visa centers. Public speaking and performance (up to 100 persons), presentation of the company and products
· Organization of internal corporate events. Work directly with company CEO
· Market monitoring (competitors, vendors, customers and media)
· Customer base expansion
· Participation in the creation of B2B system based on the company's website (developer selection, control, monitoring of competitors, constant updating, work with the sales, purchasing and IT departments)
· Participation in the company re-branding: corporate identity, corporate site
· Interaction with other departments of the company (purchasing, sales, finance, warehouse and IT)
